At TooTimid.com, we want you to feel confident in your fashion choices, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must remain in its original sealed packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
